Website terms of use
The terms that apply when you use this website; terms for engineering work are agreed separately in writing.
Who we are
This website is operated by Electrigent Ltd. Dynamo Dental is the specialist dental engineering division of Electrigent Ltd and is not a separate company. Our company number and registered office are shown in the website footer.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only. Terms for engineering work — servicing, repairs, installations, surveys and planned maintenance — are agreed separately in each quotation or service agreement, and those terms take precedence for that work.
Information on this website
The content of this website is general information about our services and about looking after dental equipment. It is not engineering advice for any particular practice, installation or piece of equipment, and it is not legal, regulatory or compliance advice. What is right for your practice depends on your equipment, how it is used and the manufacturer's instructions, which is why we assess it before we advise.
Nothing on this website should be treated as instructions to repair, adjust or operate dental equipment. If equipment appears unsafe, take it out of use and follow your practice's own procedures.
Where we describe regulations or guidance, we do so in plain terms to help you understand the subject. The practice remains responsible for ensuring its regulatory duties are met. Illustrative records shown on this website, such as example asset labels or service reports, use fictional data and are marked as examples.
Availability
We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, including for maintenance. We may also change these terms; the date of the current version is shown under the heading.
Enquiries sent through the website
Sending an enquiry, a breakdown report or a survey request through this website is a request for us to get in touch. It does not create a contract, book a visit or commit either of us to anything. A contract for work exists only when we have confirmed the scope, price and terms in writing and you have accepted them. Support for a particular make and model is confirmed before a visit is booked.
Please do not send patient or clinical information through the website. Our privacy notice explains how we use what you send us.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, photographs and code on this website belong to Electrigent Ltd or to those who have licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view, print and download pages for your own practice's use. You may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Manufacturer names and trade marks, where shown, belong to their owners. Mentioning a manufacturer does not imply that we are endorsed, approved or authorised by them unless we say so expressly.
Links to other websites
This website links to other organisations' websites, for example regulators, guidance publishers and manufacturers, because they are useful sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. Please read the terms and privacy notice of any site you visit.
You are welcome to link to this website from your own, provided you do so fairly, do not suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist, and do not frame or embed our pages within another site.
Acceptable use
You must not use this website in any way that is unlawful, that damages or disrupts it, that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its systems, or that sends unsolicited or automated material through its forms. We may block access where we believe this has happened.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content, including loss of business, revenue or data and any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects the terms that govern engineering work we carry out for you, which are agreed separately.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about them or about the use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
